Reiki is easily learned and easily administered to oneself as well as to others. Classes are held in the Seattle area and in British Columbia. Classes are tailored to allow ample time for hands on practice of the techniques taught, for questions, and for discussion.

Reiki Level I
Upon successful completion of this class, the student will:
• receive the Level I Reiki attunement, which confers the ability to channel Reiki energy for healing and also confers healing on the recipient
• know hand positions and protocol for giving him/herself a Reiki treatment
• know hand positions and protocol for giving a Reiki treatment for others
• have a detailed class manual including photographs of all hand positions
• receive a certificate of achievement confirming him/her as a Level I Reiki practitioner
Reiki Level II
Upon successful completion of this class, the student will:
• receive and be empowered to use three symbols that increase the power and effectiveness of Reiki
• know advanced healing techniques
• know how to use Reiki for distant healing
• have a detailed, illustrated class manual
• receive a certificate of achievement confirming him/her as a Level II Reiki practitioner
Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master
The Reiki Master Class is a profound healing experience for the student—so deep that most students describe it as transforming their lives; it certainly did mine. This transformation manifests as physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. It releases stuck energy and has broad practical ramifications in the achieving of goals long desired but never quite brought to fruition. It helps bring a foundation of peace, harmony, and balance to all life experiences. Whether you intend to teach Reiki, practice Reiki, or simply use it for your own healing, the Master class is a profound opening to deeper self-healing, more powerful treatments for others, and a more meaningful spiritual path.
The Master Level intensive (Thurs.-Mon.) includes:
• The Usui Master symbol, which increases the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols
• Two additional symbols, which are Tibetan in origin.
• A powerful Aura Clearing/Psychic Surgery technique that quickly brings about the release of negative energy
associated with past trauma, false beliefs, emotional distress, disease, chronic conditions, and physical pain.
• How to give an attunement for the purpose of healing. The Healing Attunement increases the effectiveness of a Reiki
treatment and can also be used as a stand-alone treatment for yourself as well as others.
• Instruction on giving Reiki attunements for all Reiki levels: I and II, ART, and full Reiki Master.
• How to attune clients and others so that they can treat themselves with Reiki.
• How to give yourself attunements.
• Reiki meditation that strengthens the mind and expands consciousness.
• Advanced Reiki meditation that harmonizes the energy of the chakras.
• Advanced techniques for using Reiki to solve problems and achieve goals.
• How to create a Reiki grid that will send Reiki continuously after it is charged.
• Ample practice time giving attunements. Each student will give and receive each attunement, so that you will receive many attunements during the class.
• The values of a true Reiki Master.
• William Lee Rand’s 160-page Master manual plus additional materials that I have developed.
• Certificate affirming that you are a Reiki Master, qualified to teach Reiki.
Reiki for Self-healing*
This is an abbreviated, non-certificate class. Upon successful completion of this class, the student will:
• be introduced to the history of Reiki
• know how to treat him/herself and family members with healing Reiki energy
• have supporting printed materials
