Reiki informs every area of my life and has become a way of living for me—living with the intention of being an instrument of healing grace in every moment—not only through my practice, but also through every thought, word, and deed. My Reiki journey began in 2000 when I received initial training from Reiki Master Tom Tessereau in St. Louis. I established a practice in Seattle in 2002 and in 2004 traveled to Hawaii to receive Usui/Tibetan Master training from William Lee Rand. In June 2008 I completed Karuna Reiki® training in Glastonbury, England, also with Rand.
