Reiki informs every area of my life and has become a way of living for me—living with the intention of being an instrument of healing grace in every moment—not only through my practice, but also through my every thought, word, and deed.

It is my great joy to share the gift of Reiki through private treatment sessions, classes, monthly Reiki Circles, and a monthly e-zine. I am certified to teach Reiki by the International Center for Reiki Training and am a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP). I adhere to its Code of Ethics and standards of practice.

My Reiki journey began in 2000 when I received initial training from Reiki Master Tom Tessereau in St. Louis. I established a Seattle practice in 2002 and received Master training from William Rand in 2004. In June 2008 I became a certified Karuna Reiki® Master and in October 2010 I completed Jikiden Reiki Shoden and Okuden (Levels I and II) with Tadao Yamaguchi.
